Bird in the Arch at Little Corona – Photo by Mike Zampelli

Bird in the Arch

This magical photo was taken at Little Corona beach in Corona Del Mar, California. As the sun sets, it casts a bright light on the water and sky and shimmers through this keyhole shape in the rocks. Look at the top of the arch. Do you see the bird?

On the 4th Monday of each month we will feature a different photo by Michael Zampelli.

This was an ideal photography condition because the cloud configuration and the time of year. For you photography nerds out there, this photo was taken using a 5-minute exposure through “Big Stopper”, ND Filter on January 8, 2015.
